airport hotel, A STELLAR experience!
comfy bedsteakhouse experiencegreat servicestaff refusal
i found the onsite steakhouse, chop steakhouse, to be a REAL treat. the assistant manager and manager greeted us at our table, because it was our first time there. they gave great service all around. the beds are very comfy TO rest up after a long flight.
well, our car was keyed, and when i asked staff if they could check on the camera, they refused. they made up excuses, like it might not be on there. this was disappointing and left me feeling UNSUPPORTED.

the room included two queen beds and offered views from the columbia tower. the beds are really comfy. i slept well, and the room smelled fresh EACH day.

the hotel has a gym, a swimming pool, and a hot tub. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the swimming pool is clean and well-kept, a HUGE plus.
