My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On the one hand, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the proximity to the airport was a huge plus. On the other hand, I faced several issues such as a chaotic shuttle service and facilities that seemed in need of maintenance. Overall, it had its moments, but I expected more for the price paid.
The hotel experience was quite a mix. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was fantastic for the kids. However, my encounters with the staff were less than ideal, and I was really put off by the sight of rats near the pool area, which made me question the cleanliness of the surroundings. Overall, the amenities and room quality are great, but the service and pest issue definitely detracted from the stay.
